Have you ever wondered if therapy could be more than just talking?
The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a sound therapy designed to regulate the nervous system through specially filtered music, used as an adjunct to talk therapy.
You will learn to better attune to your nervous system, identify signs of activation and shutdown, and learn ways to return to stability before beginning the program.
The program includes five (5) hours of listening, broken into sessions tailored to your specific needs and readiness, with several playlists to choose from, whether you prefer lyrics or instrumentals, or classical, R&B, or pop. There's a listening option for everyone.
We will incorporate the program when it's therapeutically beneficial and tailor it to your specific treatment, if clinically appropriate.
Please note: This is an add-on service and will incur an additional fee that is not covered by insurance.
