I offer a limited number of sliding-scale slots for individuals in need. Please reach out for further details or to inquire about open slots.
Cancellation or rescheduling appointments requires 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or requests to reschedule (made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session) will be subject to a fee ($50 for psychotherapy appointments and $150 for diagnostic assessment). No-shows*** will also be subject to a fee ($75 for psychotherapy and $175 for diagnostic assessment).
All balances/fees (e.g., session fees, copays, late cancellation/no-show fees) must be paid before the next scheduled service, or the appointment may be canceled.
*At this time, diagnostic assessments are not billed through insurance and are subject to the full self-pay fee.
**Documents include: Academic / Occupational Accommodation Letters, Leave of Absence (LOA) / Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Letters, Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Letters, and Disability Documentation Letters. Please see the Informed Consent for additional information regarding documentation requests. Documentation fees cover the time required to review the client's record, complete requested documentation, and prepare the completed document. Payment of a documentation fee does not guarantee that a requested document will be completed or that the clinician will make a particular recommendation.
***Appointments are considered 'no-shows' if the client is not present within 15 minutes of the scheduled session start time.
