Where are we located? Grounded Systems Counseling, LLC is located at 2176 Mendon Rd., Ste. 3000, Cumberland, RI 02864, and serves Rhode Island residents.
When are you open? In-person therapy will be available on Tuesdays beginning in January 2027. Telehealth therapy is available Monday-Thursday in the afternoons and evenings. Diagnostic assessments are scheduled on Sundays and are available by telehealth only.
What are your fees? Fees depend on the services rendered; please refer to the Billing + Fees page for the most up-to-date information.
Do you accept insurance? At this time, Grounded Systems Counseling, LLC does not accept insurance.

Individual Therapy
Starting (or restarting) therapy can be hard.
Whether you're just beginning to explore therapy, have been considering talking to someone for a while, or have tried before with limited success, I'm here to support you every step of the way. I offer weekly or biweekly therapy sessions for adults, available online and in person, tailored to your needs.
SSP-Assisted Therapy
Have you ever wondered if therapy could involve more than just talking?
If you find music soothing and have found little success with just "talking through problems," the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) might be a good fit for you! I am trained and certified to offer SSP as an additional service alongside conventional talk therapy.
Diagnostic Evaluation
Diagnoses don't determine who you are, but they can offer the clarity you might be missing.
I utilize the Structured Clinical Interview for the DSM-5 (SCID-5) to better understand your life history and your current and past symptoms, helping to create a more complete diagnostic picture and tailored treatment recommendations.
